Dr Nobles and staff were friendly, accommodating and treated my dog like one of their own. They were closed and yet thankfully were inside and answered the door. They could've turned me away, but chose to treat my dog who was bleeding. My vet couldn't get me in for a week. Dr Nobles was a godsend in my dog's time of need. Thank you so much for being there.

Amazing service, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Drs are all very knowledgeable. My dog was there for multiple days and they took great care of him and got him all better to come hope, keeping me updated along the way. The waiting area and rooms are also kept clean and comfortable!

Just had our first experience at V.E.S.T. and it was a good experience. We were triaged and being stable we were seen within an hour of arriving. They were prompt to answer the phones and while I was there a critical patient came in, despite the urgency they provided quick care to this patient in a calm manner for the animal as well as the owner. I was impressed to see how they handled a stressful situation so well. If your pet is having an emergency I would recommend V.E.S.T.

Our son took our cat in with what turned out to be a urinary blockage. Grey was so ill that he was moved to the front of the line. He received wonderful care and we were provided updates regularly for the three days that Grey was there. A heart for service and true interest in the care of the animals was evident.

I was in this morning with a possible emergency, there was no dr in at the time but the staff was extremely attentive and caring. They offered to triage and take vitals so I'd feel more comfortable about leaving. Lucky for me my dog was just fine but I appreciate the amount of care they put into making us both comfortable during a scary time. I hope we never have to go back but I feel better knowing there's a local er with a loving staff

The care and empathy the ENTIRE staff at VEST has is top notch. I had to drive 2 hrs. this weekend to have my dog seen and would absolutely do it again in the future because of how well they took care of us. Dr. Green was patient and understanding and answered all of our questions about what was going on with our dog. We had trouble filling a prescription for our dog when we got home and Savannah worked tirelessly to help me figure out how to get his meds filled. Again just top notch service all around. Thank you guys for everything and for the care you showed for myself, my husband and our baby, Big Ben.

We had to bring our pup here for emergency care yesterday evening. We are new to VA Beach and our pup ate a mushroom from the yard which we quickly learned was toxic. Once he showed symptoms of something being wrong, he became extremely ill very fast. The staff at VEST assessed him quickly and knew he needed immediate care. Thanks to their prompt attention, he was stabilized, kept in the ICU overnight, received the care he needed and we were able to bring him back home this evening. The doctors and staff were attentive, kind, compassionate and communicated very well. We are beyond grateful for the AMAZING Doctors and Staff at VEST! Thanks to them, we are fortunate to have our sweet pup back home with us tonight!

Brought my dog here twice for a necrotic wound on her ear. They performed two surgeries for her and did great both times. Everyone who helped me and my pup were so kind and patient with me, answering all my questions with tons of knowledge. I called many times and emailed pictures to ask questions about her healing and they were always so nice and willing to help me. Everyone there including the reception, vet techs, and vets went above and beyond for me. Thank you everyone at VEST for taking care of my girl!

Vest was absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and considerate. They took great care of my baby. They ended up finding a liver tumor that they were fairly certain was bleeding. They took care of her and made her comfortable so we could take her home and give her a proper goodbye where she was comfortable and not scared. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through an emergency with they're pet.
